- The corrugated main roller of ¢290mm is made of 48CrMo alloy steel treated by tungsten carbide. A synchronous belt transmission structure and a variable frequency main motor are used.
- A cover suction structure and a high-pressure strong fan are used. A silencing device is provided for induced draft. The air source and the electrical control are integrated in the same operation cabinet, which is at least 1.5m away from the main machine. The operation side is fully enclosed and covered.
- A cast iron structure is used for the wallboard with 130mm thickness.
- The corrugated roller is made of 50CrMo alloy steel treated by hardening and tempering , medium frequency quenching, surface polishing and tungsten carbide treatment, and then has ¢ 292mm diameter and the surface hardness more than HV1200. High temperature resistant bearings are adopted for the corrugated rollers and pressure rollers at key positions.
- The gluing unit can be moved out horizontally as a whole. It is easy to disassemble and maintain the gluing unit. An air cylinder is used to sensitively control glue feeding and stopping. A copper plate is used to cleanly remove the glue. The electric glue baffle is used to control glue width. The machine is equipped with an angle sensor, a PLC and a touch screen. The glue amount is automatically controlled according to different papers and different speeds without accumulated error.
- The preheating roller is made of ¢ 320mm seamless steel pipe produced by Tiangang.
- The pressure roller can be automatically rotated after stop, and the synchronous belt is used for transmission.
- The synchronous belt transmission is used to achieve energy saving, high efficiency, and less maintenance, and driven by a variable frequency motor.
