The Vial liquid filling line includes ultrasonic washing machine, RSM sterilizing drying machine, filling and stoppering machine, capping machine. This line can work together as well as independently. It completes the following functions of ultrasonic washing, drying& sterilizing, filling& stoppering, and capping.
Production Procedures:Vial Bottle→Ultrasonic Washing → 1st Water Flushing → 1st CA Blowing → 2nd Water Flushing →2nd CA Blowing→ WFI Flushing→ 3rd CA Blowing→ Drying & Sterilizing →Cooling →Front Nitrogen Charging →Filling →Rear Nitrogen Charging →Stoppering→ Capping→ Finished Products
