The device operates in two stages: adsorption and regeneration.
1. Fixed adsorption bed can choose a variety of adsorption materials:
Honeycomb zeolite, granular zeolite, granular carbon, honeycomb carbon for different exhaust gas conditions.
2. Zeolite material can be regenerated at high temperature:
For some easy self-polymerization and high-boiling substances, it can be regenerated at high temperature above 400ºC.
3. Safe and reliable combustion of no open flame:
Electric heating tube is used for CO catalytic combustion heating, and flame arrester is set at the inlet and outlet of the equipment.
4. Low combustion temperature, energy saving and consumption reduction:
Can save 90% of resources, save 2/3 of energy consumption.
5. High purification efficiency Standard emission:
Catalytic combustion purification efficiency of more than 95%, suitable for all kinds of organic waste gas.
6. Less secondary pollution less NOx:
Low temperature combustion does not produce NOx, and CO2 and H2O are generated after oxidation.
