[ Production Introduction ]The YDX-DAB series enhanced water-cooled magnetic separator is the latest magnetic separation equipment developed by our company, including water-cooled and oil-cooled models, with The peak value of excitation shielding magnetic field can reach 2.0T. Various magnetic stainless steel media can be selected to meet the ore separating and refining demands of different areas and different types of ore.The control system adopts PLC as core control component, to effectively control each mechanism to operate and adjust the power based on the requirements of technological process. Real time detection of field data is available to facilitate the filing and searching of information for users.
Advanced man-machine interface technology is used to achieve real-timehigh-speed communication between Host Link and PLC, to monitor the operating condition of equipment and carry out troubleshooting via Internet.The short excitation time of equipment ensures to reach the rated exciting field strength within 2 seconds, which resolves the defects of decrease of magnetic field strength and slow increase of excitation of ordinary equipment under hot-state operation.
