2. Main features
2.1The whole vehicle adopts high pressure plunger pump imported from Italy.
2.2 The high-pressure hoses are also imported by Italian Pratissoli.
2.3 ECOLOGY200 series special high pressure hose with diameter of 20*60 meters, the blasting pressure is up to 52MPa, and the special import hose is light in weight, low in friction, saving working time and reducing working wear;
2.4 Swivel joint and high pressure nozzle are imported from Japan.
2.5 This vehicle uses the intermediate shaft to take the force,not use the auxiliary engine.On the premise of ensuring the working pressure of the whole vehicle system, the working noise is reduced and the quality utilization coefficient of the whole vehicle is improved.
2.6 The vehicle adopts the rear operation panel to control the work of the vehicle, it can directly control the engine throttle on the rear panel, operation is more convenient and safe, the rear door supported by air spring can provide operators with a comfortable operating environment, the design is more humanized.
2.7 The water tank is made of stainless steel, which is more durable than ordinary carbon steel and plastic water tank. The volume of the water tank is ≥2.7m3, and the continuous working time is longer.
2.8 The main and auxiliary reels have strong adaptability. The main reel is controlled by hydraulic pressure so that they can not only automatically recover the high-pressure hose, but also rotate back and forth as a whole. The rotation angle is more than 90°, which can adapt to more work occasions.
2.9 The main reel is equipped with a whole row of hoses to make the high-pressure hoses more orderly in the recycling process and reduce the working intensity of operators.
2.10 The main reel is equipped with a hose cleaning device, which automatically cleans the high-pressure hose during the recovery process to keep the hose clean. At the same time, the auxiliary reel is equipped with high-pressure water gun, which can be used for cleaning in other occasions.
2.11 The high pressure water way, hydraulic system and circuit system adopt or draw lessons from the advanced technology of Japan, equipped with electric control display monitoring instrument and lower limit liquid level alarm signal lamp, to avoid the idle running of high pressure water pump when there is no water.
