EVA TPU sheet extrusion machine is made by Dongguan city Yaoan plastic machinery. The sheet thickness range: 1mm to 20mm. Also this machine can be designed to make TPU film on line laminating.
Product Description:
Micro-cellular materials were produced by the foaming processing of polymers(TPU) /EVA with advanced super-critical carbon dioxide method. First, Solid base boards are impregnated with CO2/N2 in a certain environment of high pressure and elevated temperature. Second, the solid sheet will be expanded into the foam material with closed cell structure in lower pressure autoclave. Finally the the foam material will be cutted by the machine as tpu foam sheet or board.
Technical Parameter
The micro-cellular materials were produced by the foaming of polymers TPU with advanced super-critical carbon dioxide technology. These materials have highly consistent cell structure and the advantages of clean and green, non cross-linked, no toxic residues, thermal bonding, safety and environmental protection, recyclable and degradable. Microcellular TPU foam materials such as JBKS could be applied as insole and midsole of shoes, because they are lightweight, closed cell, resilient&flexible, low flammability, no odour and long life durability.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
