PVC profile production line is mainly used to produce the PVC windows and doors profiles, door boards, windows table board, multi-hole pipes. This production line also can be used to produce different kinds of profiles according to customers' detail requirement.
PVC profile production line includes twin or single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul off machine, cutting machine and profile stacker.
PVC profile production line can purchase different models extruders to meet different kinds profiles making. Vacuum forming table purchase whirlpool water cooling system, which is easy for vacuum forming and cooling down. Haul off machine purchase the special designed control system to keep with setted pressure to the profiles. Cutting machine synchronation work with the haul off machine and controlled by the PLC system. Cutting machine also set the dust colloecting device. According to different kinds of profile moulds, the vacuum forming table can be 4meter, 6meter, 9meter, 11meter.
Electrical elements adopt: ABB or Detla frequency inverter, Omron temperature control, Siemens motor.
