"Why should we cultivate the land deeply?
1. Rotate the deep soil layers, approximately 70-80cm below the surface, to the topsoil.
2. After a period of oxidation and microbial cultivation, the deep soil can effectively address the current problem of soil compaction and cover the surface soil contaminated by pesticide spraying, effectively suppressing wilt disease for 3-5 years by isolating it from oxygen.
3. Another benefit of deep tilling is that it improves the water retention capacity of the soil. By bringing the deep clay particles to the surface, the soil's ability to absorb water is enhanced, allowing the deep soil to reach a state of fallow effectively."
