DISC BLADE
The disc blades are made of 65Mn steel, 28MnB5, 38MnB5, etc., with good toughness, high hardness and long service life.
Our company is a professional manufacturer of disc plough and disc harrow. The company has the production line of the existing plough, cleaning line, spray paint line. It can be produced with 65Mn spring steel plate with a diameter of 254~ 810mm, and the thickness of the material is from 3~12mm of various specifications of the shape of the discs. Our products have been exported to Britain, USA, France, Australia, South Africa and more than 20 countries and regions.
Hongri disc blades advantage point is accurate heat-treatments procedure, this process improve discs hardness, toughness and wear resistance. And then put disc in electric furnace by specific temperature and keep specific time, let disc all body hardness, strength and toughness uniform, not easy to damage.
