Product Description
This equipment is widely used in the analytical and monitoring room of chemical water workshops in nuclear power stationsthermal power plantspower stations and chemica enterprises to monitor and control the sample water flow and pressure and perform water quality analysis.
Steam-water sample equipment mainly consists of cooling systemthermostat and automatic temperature compensation for the chemistry analysis meter.
Pre-cooling device. Before entering the valve of high temperature and high pressure once the high temperature and high pressure sample will pass through the primarypre-cooling device where the gas-liguid mixed phase sample water will be transferred into single-phase liquid,greatly decreasing the corrosion pitting effect on the valve eroded by the qas-liquid mixed sample water and increasing the working life the valve.
The equipment can keep the temperature of the sample water that has passed through the thermostat within 25+/-1Cwhich guarantees the measuring precision of the online chemical meter.
There is multilevel protection for the system set-up. By setting up the closed-loop control system of sample water with steady pressure or steady flowthe pressure and
flow of the sample water will be monitored and displayed in real timewhile the chemistry
meter will practically achieve a constant current with a steady sample water flow. Additionally the system is provided with over-temperature protection of sample water.
