COMPANY INFORMATION
We produce melt-blown nonwovens which is mainly used as filter media in the production of respirators. We are specialized in melt-blown technology and have more than 12 years of experience in melt-blown nonwovens production. We developed our own electret charging equipment and electret master batch, adopting unique formula, to help with our nonwovens reach higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure.
Air-laid activated carbon fabric choose soft hollow fiber, single side or double side with activated carbon coating. The activated carbon fabric is mainly used for making cups and duck mouth mask. it easy to be a thermal forming, effective adsorption of all kinds of industrial waste gas - benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and so on.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
The activated carbon nonwoven exhibited the potential for use as high adsorbent and absorbent materials. They are light weight and bulky, advantageous in the environment protective applications and other industrial air purification applications. They are made by the means of attaching activated carbon granules, powder and rayon fiber, or laminating to spun-bonded, melt-blown or other carriers which can be pleated. These products can be thermally bonded or needle punched depending upon the customer's needs.
