Airflow Dryer (MQG)
Introduction:
Airflow Drier is that use high speed hot airflow to suspend dryed materiel in it,and materiel constantly roll through impulse airflow from changing tube diameter,the materiel is dryed in course of transport airflow.
MQG Series Airfolw Drier is successfully used to dry finally starch of corn and potato,powdery protein,sheet materiel and some hot sensitivity materiel.

Primary characteristic:
(1)Using subsection changing diameter impulse tube,to airflow speed plused changing,improving greatly coefficient of transporting heat ,saving greatly energy in continuous drying operation.
(2)It only need approximately 1 second in course of materiel drying,materiel temperature don’t exceed 50.
(3) The plant has been operated in negative pressure,the environment of busywork is clean,no polluting,and high efficiency.
(4)Consuming electricity of entire plant and consuming steam are low than other drier, it is saving energy product.
(5)Structure is simple, operation and using is convenience,occupying area is little,saving investing.
