Pot distill is a special equipment for extracting spirits (such as gin ,whisky,vodka,rum brandy) from the wheat,barly, grapes or other fermented fruits mash by the method of discontinuous distillation. The treatment method can be set manually or automatically to extract different taste ,favor and ABV alcohol with reasonable temperature, volatility, and to separate the head, middle and tail as required

Red copper has a good resistance to the acid in wine. In the process of heating, copper forms insoluble copper salt with butyric acid, caproic acid, caprylic acid, solanoic acid, Yuedu acid, etc., so as to remove the acid with bad flavor and improve the quality of brandy. The distiller made of glass or stainless steel can not achieve the same effect. In addition, red copper has good thermal conductivity and is the catalyst of some esterification reactions.
