Silway 630 is a alkyl aralkyl modified silicone oil. 

When Silway 630 is used as a release agent, the produced components should be cleaned, and then painted or glued.

Usually, only the surface needs to be cleaned with conventional solvents.

Incidental contact between paint components generally does not cause "fish-eye cracks."

However, as with any lubricant or grease, if parts coated with a large amount of Silway 630 and not cleaned properly, slight "fish-eye cracks", "orange peel-like wrinkles" or poor adhesion may occur during painting.

Before being used in mass production operations, compatibility assessments should be made for the coating or bonding systems used in subsequent processing operations.

When Silway 630 is used as a leveling agent, the addition amount is 0.1%~0.3% of the total formula.

Silway 630 also suitable for wetting and dispersing pigments and fillers in coating and leather.

Q1: Are manufacturer or trading company?
  A: We are manufacturer. Silway was founded in 2015. You are welcome to visit our factory.

Q2: Can I get some samples?
  A: Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping/courier cost will be paid by customers.

Q3: How to start orders or make payments?
  A: Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of order, enclosed our bank information. Payment by T/T is welcomed.

Q4: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
  A: You can get free samples for some products,you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples.

Q5:What's your MOQ?
  A:Our MOQ is 200kg. But usually we accept less quantity such as 100kg on the condition that sample charge is 100% paid.

Q6: How about delivery leadtime?
  A: If goods are in stock, generally it is 5 - 10 days; if goods are not in stock, mostly it will be around 15 - 20 days, or according to the quantity being requested.  (Chinese holiday not included)
