Alpha-600/660 is a compact, automatic grinding and polishing system designed for high end grinding and polishing surfaces. Suitable for both 250mm and 300mm diameter applications and provide central force and individual force for the specimens. Optional peristaltic pump dosing system support max. 7 kinds of suspensions/lubricants. 20 procedures can be set/stored in memory for common grinding and polishing. High repeatability results can be obtained conveniently and quickly.
