Material is Al alloy ASTM A356 ,T6 treatment.
A layer of screened fine surface sand is firstly covered on the aluminum mold, then pour in the back sand and hammer it tightly, use flame to dry the surface moisture, carefully place the resin sand core.
With effective degassing to reduce hydrogen, the aluminum liquid is poured into the mold cavity . After cooling, take out the parts, and a beautiful aluminum alloy artwork is displayed in front of us.
By the numerical control hot-box core shooter machine, we can manufacture precision dimensions and high-strength cores, strictly controlling the raw resin sand and the temperature & time parameters of heating. Therefore, the excellent cavity ensures the beautiful surface and good dimensional tolerance of these aluminum products.
After CNC machining, the perfect finished product is successfully made. Especially suitable for manifold and pump or valve components with complex cavities and high pressure requirement.
Our manual molding process is suitable for complex aluminum and copper castings,the mold and casting costs are relatively low and be competitive.
