Aluminum honeycomb panel for facade, cladding and curtain wall
Descriptions:
Aluminum honeycomb panel is new building and decoration material which was originally used in aviation. It is made from high quality aluminum alloy (3030H24) or high manganese aluminum alloy (505Aah14) with thickness of 0.8~1.5mm. The surface finish is fluoride carbon coating or color painting. It has advantages of preventing the panel from being scratched, discolored and corroded by acid rain comparing with PVDF panels. The core is hexagon aluminum (3030) honeycomb with thickness of 0.04-0.06mm and length of side 5-6mm. The production technology of roll-in mould shaping and automatic edge folding makes the panels are seamless when they are installed.
