Fire resistant aluminum composite panel
"GEELY"Brand fire resistant ACP is compounded with top and bottom layers of aluminum sheet, inorganic compound flame retardant and nanometer fire-resistant core materials, both surfaces are rolled and coated with special baking varnish.

1) Aluminum sheet thickness: 0.5 x 0.5mm, 0.4 x 0.4mm, 0.3 x 0.3mm, 0.21 x 0.21mm, 0.15 x 0.15mm
2) Width: 1000mm, 1220mm, 1250mm, 1570mm
3) Length: 2440mm, upon customers' request.
4) Normal color: 20 kinds for fire resistance aluminum composite panel; 7 kinds for granite grain panel
5) Standard size (W x L x T):
A) 1220 x 2440 x 4mm
B) 1220 x 2440 x 3 mm
6) Non-standard sizes and special colors are available according to customers' request.
Characteristics:
1) Excellent fire resistant property:
Its middle layer is manufactured with nano rubber-plastic core materials, the oxygen index reaches about 42(34-36 in abroad). Its flameproof property is also excellent. It can reach the level that the hard PVC has. It has passed the attestation of statequality supervision and test center of fireproof construction materials, it reached grade B1(difficult to be fired) of GB8624-
1997, No. 20011776.
2) Super peeling strength:
Fire resistant aluminum composite panel is manufactured by qualified fire resistant core material. Its key technical index i. e. Peeling strength is higher than that for non-fire resistant panel. However, the strength has no any change when the panel is put in such condition i. e. Temperature from -50 to 80 degrees and circling 20 times.
3) Perfect performance of cold resistance:
The core layer in normal aluminum plastic panel is made from polyethylene, which starts to be brittle at -60 degrees. After the brittleness, it looks like a glass. Then the brittle point of the core material in fire resistance panel reaches -100 degrees. So the panel can be used in the frigid area.
4) Coating evenness, multiple colors:
Since applied the chemosynthesis treatment and Henkel Co. 's film technology, the adhesion between the paint and panel becomes more evenness, having multiple colors. There is more space for your choice to the color with individuality.
5) Impact resistance:
The impact resistance and toughness are high. Meanwhile, the panel is anti-impact. The coating layer is not to be crashed when it's bent. The panel is not to be damaged when in a strong windy and sandy condition.
6) Light weight and easy to process:
The special structure is designed for the core layer of the composite panel. The appearance density reaches 1.86. So it can decrease the disaster during an earthquake.
The panel is easy to be handled. The processing such as cutting, planning, bending to arc and several configurations in right angle can be done by some simple woodworking tools. Designers can also make the flexibility in the panel.
7) Easy for maintenance:
The anti-contaminant property has been obviously improved for "Alutile" metal composite panel. Even though in some area where the pollution is very serious, having a good self-cleaning capability, neutral agent can clean out the panel.
