Green Formwork:
Panel - Prop early stripping Green Formwork System - Aluminium Formwork / Steel Formwork
Based on the concept of Green Construction,after the study of 10 years,we have developed the Panel-Propformwork system with early stripping mechanism.It is a puzzle style system which can be erected or stripped or removed with high efficiency and solid safety.It's a new invention, the most advanced Early Stripping System in the world. We call it Green Formwork-- Panel-Prop Early Stripping System .
It has unbeatable advantages.
SAFE -The independent table with 6 directions moving restriction.It's a very stable system.
EFFICIENT - It includes only few components, set and removal are very simple. With early stripping mechanism,it can shorten the construction period and save your time. The erection speed is as high as 60-100 squre meters per person per day.
REDUCED TOTAL COST - Thanks to the early stripping mechanism,the number of panels becomes less and the cost,transportation and storage is reduced.
MINIMUM OPERATORS - 3-4 workers in a team can quickly and easily set up and remove the panels.
There are 3 basic components in Green Formwork System,do not require braces:
1)Panel with plywood faced on top of a steel frame
2)Prop with early stripping mechanism
3)Assembly/Disassembly Tool
Through the combination of panels,aux beams and bridge beam ,the system deals with complex slab structure by very simple way.
