Aluminum foil heater is using aluminum foil as outer material, the heating wire can be silicon rubber wire heater and PVC wire heater, If it is Silicon rubber Material wire heater, we need to manufacture them by hand. If it is PVC wire heater as heating material, we can use heating press machine to heating press wire heater on aluminum foil,then the aluminum foil heater appear. Voltage is from 5V-240V,power is according to wire heater length and aluminum foil heater size.The max working temperature is about 150C.

It is apply  in fridge as defrost heater,applied in smart toilet top to heating and warm.and installed in bottle to met the oil, warm the food,and used in range hood and so on

The package is one pc per poly bag, 100pcs per cartons, Pallet/Wooden case pacakge the cartons
