An aluminium foil/paper laminate provides certain characteristics, such as dead fold and emboss ability, which other bundling materials cannot offer.
Tobacco benefits from aluminium foil's unequalled barrier properties in the same way as other sensitive natural products.
The foil maintains an effective barrier against moisture and protects the tobacco from deterioration, aroma transmission and bacteria by sustaining a micro-climate in the package.

4. 210gsm to 350gsm metalized paper for cigarette hard box packaging, foil thickness is 6.5μm.
