Q1. What is your PACKING way?
A: 1) Generally, we pack the samples in carton cases or plywood cases. Inside the packages, protective foam corners will be packed to keep safe.
2) For LCL or FCL shipment by sea or by air, we directly pallet them according to container or air shipment required height..
3) Besides, customized packages are availble.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. L/C at sight and other payment terms can be negotiated with us. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and etc.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, we have stock in warehouse, need 3-5 days. No stock, production time is about 10-15 days according to your order quantity. For FCL or bulk order, it may need 25-45 days depend on the products you order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but sample cost and courier cost need to be charged.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we do QC before delivery
