Aluminium Honeycomb Panel
Aluminium Honeycomb Panel is 3-layer structure sandwich panel, inspired by the bionics of hexagonal honeycomb. It is very lightweight material but with super panel stiffness. The top skins of panel are aluminium sheets, and the core layer is aluminium honeycomb core. Optional we can make the core with PP honeycomb.
Aluminium honeycomb panel is bonded by two components PU glue and through a semi-automatic glue spraying and lamination process, which provides excellent bonding strength of skin sheets to the honeycomb core and meanwhile keeps the flexibility of making different panel edges or panel shapes. Aluminium honeycomb panel is commonly used for façade cladding, interior partition wall, ceiling, truck bodies, furniture and composite material substrate etc.

| Honeycomb core is made of thin aluminium foil of 0.05mm to 0.07mm only, and the aluminium skin is 0.7mm to 1mm. Example: the weight of 10mm thick panel (skin 0.7mm/0.7mm) is only 4.9Kg/m2. | Owing to the hexagonal honeycomb structure, the honeycomb panel is a rigid material.
