The lead time 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders. It depends on the styles

A: 5 years warranty for all of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement to you free
of charge for broken items.

A: Sure, we provide 0EM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements. For example,
different lengths, diameters, different voltages, and higher lumen efficiency of led, etc.
Q6: Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos of product and application)?
A: yes, we have a laboratory with test equipment, so we can provide IES.and we take HQ product pictures and
application scenarios for you.
