Raw material area: We have different kinds of acrylic material in store. The thickness is from 1mm to 50mm. Different colors are available.They are acrylic sheet ,acrylic tube,acrylic rod,crystal sheet,plastic sheet. | |
Factory office: Our factory area is over one thousand square meters. Our workers and sales person are professional and skilled with many years of experiences. | |
Material cutting: Crystal acrylic need to be cutted into different size for making crystal trophy, acrylic displays.We have big auto cutting machine to ensure the precise size and low tolerance. | |
Silkscreen printing: We have uv printing machine and silkscreen printing machine to print 4 color logo on acrylic products. The oil we used are environment friendly and high quality. Logo printed by silkscreen need to be dry then go to next process. | |
Folding production line: Acrylic products will be folded into different shape.This is the most important process of acrylic production.Our workers are many years experienced to make this process. | |
Semi-finished area: All finished products ready for packing are well loaded for inspection before packing. | |
Packing area: Our packing area is clean and tidy. All workers wear gloves during packing. So we can finish our products perfectly. | |
Shipping: Products are packed in carton, loaded on pallet, ready for shipping. Container loading for sea shipping all over the world.
