Abrasive nylon tube brushes filled with aluminum oxide are mainly used for polishing, deburring on small tubes, bores, pipes or cylinders in industrial environment.
Durable aluminum oxide wire has light or medium polishing performance. Brush filaments are available in silicon carbide wire, aluminum oxide wire or ceramic wire. Abrasive grits include 80#, 120#, 180#, 240#, 360#, 400#, 500#, 600#, 800#, 1000# and so on. Brush stem can be available in steel wire or stainless steel wire with different diameters.
Brush construction : single stem single spiral, double stem double spiral. Continuous tip & Cutting end. Brush dimensions and brush materials can be custom made according to your application.

Product Features
1, High density of aluminum oxide abrasive wire have a light or medium aggressive action on holes or tubes in industry. Thicker filament has good performance.
2, Strong stem with four steel wires or two steel wires can be directly mounted on power tools or CNC machining center for deep tubes. Stem material can be replaced by stainless steel wire. Stem length can be shorten or extended.
3, Continuous brush tip can protect inner walls of bores or tubes from scratching. Cutting tips can also be available based on your application.
4, Brush diameters and brush materials can be custom made.
