- The Can Filling Machine consists of automatic can washing machine, negative pressure filling machine, automatic capping machine and conveying system.

- The Can Filling Machine is madeof high quality SUS304. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool.

- The Soda Can Filling Machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect running status. No bottle bo filling, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation.

Filling part: 
- Downhead cam structure with plunger filling valve, can fill juice more stable and accurate.
- We use igus plastic bearing to make the machine work more stable and easy maintain.Beverage tank with rotary CIP system.
 

Capping part:
- The constant torque rotary cap of krones structure has low noise,damage free and smooth operation. Electroplate shaft, no blackening.

- This carbonated beverage filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing,filling and capping.

- It is equipped with CO₂   accuracy pressure control,so that the liquid level is always stable.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? 

A: We are the source factory with 25 years' manufacturing experience in beverage machinery. Located in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China. The transportation is convenient, very close to Pudong Airport and Sunan Shuofang Airport. If your itinerary includes a factory visit, we will pick you up. 

Q: How long is your delivery cycle after you order the machinery?

Q: Do you have a relevant after-sales system?
