Main Features
★ Applicable for milling and cutting processing for various irregular holes of aluminum window and door curtain wall or industrial aluminum profile, and non-ferrous metal profile.
★ Able to realize milling and cutting for the upper surface multi-type of holes and slots
★ Adopting SIEMENS high quality CNC system and HSD high speed electrical spindle, with reliable performance.
★ Able to realize the three-axis simultaneous motion and two-axis separately interpolation.
★ Adopting cooling spraying system for cooling the tools, for improving the cutting tool service life and roughness of the work parts.
★ The follow-up tool magazine supply 12 positions, able to change tools as the program requested.
★ Double worktable can process two pieces or two types of profile, interactive loading without interfere each other.
★ The machine tool body adopts fine quality steel plate welding structure, and went through aging treatment.
