The forged train wheel was developed and produced by us 6 years ago. The processing requirements for this product are very high. The temperature of the machining workshop must be kept at a constant temperature. We currently supply this product to two major train parts importers in the United States and Germany, there are size of 21" and 26" now.and at the same time develop and produce other train forged parts for them.
The raw material is T6-6061(or 6082,or 6110), main production process is Forging--Spinning---Heat treatment---CNC----Powder coat
