QINGDAO SENZHONG INTERNATION TRADING CO., LED.
Found in 1959, QIGNDAO SENZHONG INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LTD. is the first steel wheel manufacturer in China. We are located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and was once known as the Shandong Zibo Wheel Factory. We specialize in R&D, manufacture and sales of steel wheels of various types. QILU invested a total of Rmb 300 million Yuan (approximately US$48 million) into our facilities covering an area of more than 102,000 square meters. Our annual production capacity is 4 million units.
QILU is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Liaoning Hengye Group ("HENGYE"). HENGYE is conglomerate with entities for auto parts manufacturing, special vehicle manufacturing, mining, real estate development, passenger car sales, and even owning a professional basketball team - the Liaoning Flying Panthers of the China Basketball Association. We are an integral member in the establishment of wheel steel standards within the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of China.
Strong experience and the best equipment enable QILU to become the leading factory in the steel wheel industry in China. All key equipment including spinning machine, rolling machine, welding machine, detection machine and balance machine are imported from Germany, Holland and the US. We take pride in our independent R&D department and mechanical/chemical laboratories; we can produce more than 300 models of wheels, for commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction vehicles of various uses.
For decades QILU emphasizes to our clients to "Create Your Famous Brand with My Brand". We passed many certifications including ISO9001, CQC, TS16949, DOT and TUV, and has established sound relations with OEM customers both domestic and abroad. We understand the importance of synchronizing development and design strategies with OEM clients, and our main customers include FAW, CNTHC, DFM, SAIC Hongyan, SANY, CIMC, Yutong Bus, Zhongtong Bus, Yaxing Coach, Dayun Motor, CAMC, Beiben Truck, and T-King.
