The production process for Aluminum-Zinc coated steel is similar to that of galvanized steel. Aluminum zinc coated is produced in a continuous coating process.
Aluminum-Zinc coated steel has superior corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion and flexibility when exposed to the same environment on both sides compared to galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness.

Product Advantages
The corrosion resistance of Al - Zn alloy coated steel is due to the protective function of the passivation layer of aluminum and the sacrificial protective function of zinc. When zinc is used as sacrificial protection on cut edges, scratches and abrasions of the plating, the aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer that acts as a barrier. The results of long-term atmospheric exposure tests of Al - Zn coating in various regions of the world, such as rural areas, industrial areas, general coastal areas and harsh marine areas, confirm that in the case of the same coating thickness, Al - Zn coating has a higher corrosion resistance of 2-6 times than galvanizing, with good barrier protection.
2. Heat resistant
The heat resistance of Al - Zn coated steel is better than that of Galvanized Steel Sheet. Al - Zn alloy coated steel can be used in high temperature environments up to 315°C without discolouration or contamination, while galvanized steel is not suitable for use in environments above 230°C. The high reflective power of Al - Zn coated steel makes it a heat-resistant high temperature oxidation barrier.
3. Formability
The Al - Zn coated steel is harder than galvanized coating, and it has superior adhesion to the base steel. It has the same formability as galvanized steel, achieving the specified minimum bending radius. Therefore, it is possible to meet the requirements for all applications such as molding, stamping, and deep-drawing, etc.
4. Paintability
Al - Zn coated steel is most suitable for painting applications, its unique coating structure provides excellent paint adhesion and good ductility, providing the most outstanding performance. The unique coating structure creates a unique zinc spangle pattern, and excellent paintability.

Construction field: subframe, roof, wall, roof frame, purlin, ceiling and screen and other building components.
Industrial equipment: electrical boxes, oil storage tanks, gas tanks, pipelines and industrial appliances.
Automotive field: automotive seals, sound insulation materials and body decoration can use aluminum-zinc-coated steel.

- Packing of steel products is divided into 2 packing types. Standard packing and custom packing.
- Steel products for home appliance applications are packed with reinforced metal packing, on wooden pallets. The size of each pack is in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Each pack is first wrapped with humidity resistant paper to prevent moisture.
- After being wrapped in paper, the corners are protected with metal corner guards to prevent any damage during transport.
- The whole pack is then bundled with reinforced packing straps to hold and prevent steel sheets from shifting during transport.
- For export requirements, fumigated wood is available for packing.
