Product Description
Digital Sublimation ink
Water based sublimation ink, also called low temperature disperse ink or low temperature sublimation ink. It works as print sublimation ink to transfer paper, and then heat and press transfer to destination substrate; or direct print on coated fabric, and then heat to firm color. This ink usually used to transfer to fabric with more than 60% polyester, or transfer to rigid substrate as: ceramic, glass, crystal, mental, plastic etc.
Before use this product: Please clean up the ink pipe and cartridge. If blend with previous ink, the chemical reaction might cause clogging and colour distortion.The optimum range of printing condition:Temperature is 15-20°C, humidity is 50%-70%.Thermal transfer printing:Recommended temperature of transfer is 180-210°C, and during a varying the time is 20-30 seconds. Suitable fabric:Polyester fabrics and mixed synthetics fabrics (min. 60% of synthetics fibers) .
