Eagle International Custom Truck Product Co., Ltd (The former was Tiway International Custom Truck Product, Co, Ltd, Branded as American Eagle) is specializing to produce stainless steel exhaust, Stainless Steel bumpers and Battery/tool box for heavy duty truck.
Eagle International Custom Truck Product Co., Ltd is solely owned Enterprise, founded by Wayne Epps and Tina Zhang. Wayne Epp is ex-owner/operator with 38 years driving, designing manufacturing parts and build trucks. Tina has more than 15 years quality control and plant management experience. We strive to deliver the best products and service to our customers, all our exhaust starts with 100% stainless Steel alloy in 6" 7", 8" and 10", mandrel bent 90-degree Pickett style elbows and stacks up to 10-foot lengths, then we add a stainless-steel T- Pipe.
All tubing is polished by a 5-step operation that leaves a show chrome finish and then we finish with required cab clamps.
Now why we use stainless Steel alloy? With stainless steel you have no chrome peeling, no rusting and no chipping! When chrome plated exhaust is dull or fade, you have to replace it or to re-chrome it. It is very expensive and time consuming and not a very good scenario if you depend on your truck to make your living. Our stainless-steel exhaust can be repolished and then look brand new again even at home with smaller polisher. With chrome plated exhaust mild steel rust starts inside, with stainless steel, No RUST!
Our Stainless-steel truck exhaust system have below advantages:
1) The whole system is polished and very shining. The stack is machine polished for uniformity and lustrous finished that is gorgeous. The polished stainless steel is very easy to maintain.
2) No more rusting, no chrome peel and no more chrome cracking problem.
3) Our volume buying power on stainless steel and bulk production and volume sales that make our exhaust system cost is below the cost of cold rolled mild steel chrome plated exhaust tubing at most of times and then we pass these saving to you.
