Special Customization Surcharge Items
Small Order Fee
For orders under 12m², a small order fee of 40 $ will be charged (based on simultaneous order confirmation with the same color).
Large Order Discount
For orders exceeding 7,000 $ a 5% discount applies to the portion exceeding 7,000 $
Order Modification Fee
After order confirmation, modifications to window type and size can be made within 48 hours, but color changes are not allowed. Modifications beyond 48 hours will incur a fee of 30 $ Any material loss will be charged based on order progress.
Middle Lock
For window sash heights exceeding 1,000 mm, a middle lock is included as standard. If the height is below 1,000 mm, an additional middle lock is required (Sigenia: 10 $ per set, Sobinco: 18 $ per set).
Special Color Surcharge Based on m² Price
Exterior metallic powder or wood grain: additional 5 $ /m².
Colors not included in the color swatch box: an additional 5 $ /m² for custom mixing. Special colors require a 140 $ color mixing fee.
Self-provided powder: additional 5 $ /m² per side.
Self-provided wood grain color requires a minimum order of 20m², with an additional 5 $ /m² per side.
(Fluorocarbon powder: 12 $ per side, 20 $ for both sides; does not include color mixing fee).
Colors within the RALK7 color card require a minimum order of 25m², with an additional 5 $ /m² per side.
Fluorocarbon Powder
A surcharge of 70 $ for custom color mixing.
Window and Door Area Calculation Rules
Frames smaller than 1m² will be charged as 1m².
W110 outward-opening windows with integrated screens smaller than 2m² will be charged as 2m².
Single doors smaller than 2m² will be charged as 2m².
Double doors and mother-child doors smaller than 3.5m² will be charged as 3.5m².
Irregularly shaped windows are charged based on their rectangular area.
Standard Opening Panel Agreement
The maximum sash area must not exceed 1.2m².
The maximum area for casement/folding doors must not exceed 2m².
The maximum area for lift-and-slide doors must not exceed 5m².
If exceeded, the actual area will be multiplied by the price per m² for opening panels.
Auxiliary Material Pricing (RMB/m)
Corner connections, transition frames, reinforcement mullions, etc., are listed in the auxiliary material price table.
Arc Processing Fee
Flat arc: 260 RMB/set (flat glass).
Vertical arc: 360 RMB/set (curved glass).
(Includes window processing fees).
Irregular Shape Processing Fee
100 RMB per angle for irregularly shaped windows.
Screen Window Configuration Price List
Standard inward-opening screen window (high-definition stainless steel mesh, 0.315mm wire, 20 mesh):
210 RMB (spray-painted finish).
230 RMB (metallic powder finish).
Narrow-frame inward-opening screen window (high-definition stainless steel mesh, 0.315mm wire, 20 mesh):
170 RMB (spray-painted finish).
190 RMB (metallic powder finish).
(For areas less than 0.8m², the charge is based on 0.8m². Areas exceeding 0.8m² are charged based on actual m²).
Glass Railing
Calculated based on vertical bar height: 150 RMB per unit per meter.
(Includes sealing parts, inner and outer sealing strips, fasteners, and lower protective mesh components).
