Aminophylline sustained-release tablets: According to C2H8N2(C7H8N402)2•2H20: 0.1g; 0.2g.

Aminophylline injection: as C2H8N2 (C7H8N4O2) 2.2H2O: 2ml: 0.125g; 2ml: 0: 25g; 2ml: 0.5g; 10ml: 0.25g.

Aminophylline and sodium chloride injection: per 100ml of Aminophylline is [C2H8N2(C7H8N4O2)2.2H2O meter] 0.25g and sodium chloride 0.9g.

Dosage

Aminophylline tablets:

1. Common dosage for adults: Oral. 0.1-0.2g once, 0.3-0.6g a day; extreme amount: 0.5g once, 1.0g a day.

2. Common dosage for children: Oral. According to body weight 3-5mg/kg each time, 3 times a day.

Aminophylline sustained-release tablets: swallow whole tablets, 0.1-0.3g each time, 2 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Aminophylline injection:

1. Common dosage for adults: intravenous injection, 0.125-0.25g once, 0.5-1g a day, 0.125-0.25g each time, diluted to 20-40ml with 5% glucose injection, the injection time should not be shorter than 10 minutes. Intravenous infusion, 0.25-0.5g once, 0.5-1g a day, diluted with 5%-10% glucose injection, and then slowly instilled. For injection, the maximum amount is 0.5g once, 1g per day.

Adverse reactions
The toxicity of theophylline often appears in the serum concentration of 15-20μg/ml, especially at the beginning of treatment. Nausea, vomiting, irritability, and insomnia are common in the early stage. When the serum concentration exceeds 20μg/ml, tachycardia may occur. , Arrhythmia, theophylline in the serum exceeds 40μg/ml, symptoms such as fever, dehydration, and convulsions may occur. In severe cases, the breathing and heartbeat may stop and cause death.

Taboo
