The main ingredient of this product is amo sodium without excipients.
Chemical called (2 s, 5 R, 6 R) - 3, 3 - dimethyl - 6 - [(R) - (-) - 2 - amino - 2 - (4 - hydroxy phenyl) acetyl amino] - 7 - sulfur impurity oxygen generation - 4-1 - nitrogen mixed double loop (3.2.0) heptane - 2 - sodium formate.

This product is white or quasi-white powder or loose lumps;Odourless;It is easy to get wet.
Indications
Amo sodium for injection to amo is suitable for sensitive bacteria (not producing beta lactamase strains) condition in the following infection caused by the heavier patients requiring hospitalization or oral.1.Upper respiratory tract infections such as otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae.2.Urogenital tract infections caused by Escherichia coli, Proteus singular, or Enterococcus faecalis.3.Skin and soft tissue infection caused by streptococcus hemolyticus, staphylococcus, or escherichia coli.4.Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis and pneumonia caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae.5.This product can also be used in the treatment of typhoid fever and leptospirosis.
Usage.
Intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion after dilution.0.5 ~ 1g once for adults, once every 6 ~ 8 hours.The daily dose of children was 50 ~ 100mg/kg according to body weight, divided into 3 ~ 4 times.
Patients with severe renal function impairment need to adjust the dosage, in which patients with endogenous creatinine clearance rate of 10-30ml/min is 0.25-0.5g every 12 hours;Patients with endogenous creatinine clearance of less than 10ml/ min were 0.25-0.5g every 24 hours.Hemodialysis can remove this product, and 1g of amo should be given after each hemodialysis.
For severe infection, it can be combined with sulbactam 2:1, for adults, 2g (2 tablets) and sulbactam 1g each time. Dissolve with proper amount of sterilized water for injection, and add 5% glucose solution 150-200ml intravenously, once every 8 hours.
Adverse reactions
1.Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and pseudomembranous enteritis and other gastrointestinal reactions.
2.Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, drug fevers and asthma.
3.Anemia, thrombocytopenia, eosinophilia, etc.
4.Serum aminotransferase can be slightly increased.
5.Double infection caused by candida or drug-resistant bacteria.
6.Occasionally, excitement, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness and abnormal behavior and other central nervous system symptoms.

It is contraindicated in patients with penicillin allergy and positive penicillin skin test.
Matters needing attention
1.Anaphylactic shock is occasionally caused by penicillin drugs, especially in patients with a history of allergy to penicillin or cephalosporin.Before taking the drug, you must ask about the history of allergy to the drug and do a penicillin skin test.In the case of anaphylactic shock, emergency treatment should be performed on the spot, with airway unblocked, oxygen inhalation.
2.Infectious mononucleosis patients using this product is prone to skin rash, should be avoided.
3.Patients with longer treatment should be checked for liver and kidney function and blood routine.
4.Amo can cause a false positive urine glucose test using Benedict or Fehling reagents.
5.The following situations should be used with caution
(1) People with asthma, eczema, hay fever, urticaria and other allergic diseases.
(2) Dose adjustment may be necessary in the elderly and in cases of severe renal impairment.
6. In large doses, attention should be paid to detecting serum sodium.
Pregnant women and lactating women
Animal reproductive tests showed that amo at 10 times the human dose did not damage fertility or fetuses in rats and mice.However, in the absence of adequate controlled studies in humans, pregnant women should only use this product when it is absolutely necessary, given that animal reproductive tests cannot fully predict human reactions.
Because a small amount of amo can be secreted in milk, lactating mothers may cause allergies after taking it.
