Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon
Fe-based amorphous alloy is composed of metal elements in 80% Fe and 20% Si, class B rolly by rapid solidification process by the formation of an amouphous material, has extramely excellent physical and electromagnetic preperties.
Widely used in power distribution transformer Intermediate frequency power transformer and inverter, high power switching power supply,Pulse transformer,magnetic amplifier,saturated electric transformer,PFC inductors,filter inductors and other products of the iron core.
1. Has a high saturation magnetic induction strength-reduce winding turns, reduce the size of the product.
2.High resistivity, low coercive force- imporve product efficiency.
3.Low loss (equivalent to the silicon steel sheet 1/3-1/5)-reducing temperature, improve efficiency.
4.Low exciting power-reducing no-load currect products, reduce product noise.
5.Variable permeability- to meet different application requirements by different core heat treatment.
6.Good temperature stability- Can work at 130ºC for a long time.
