NEWAMOX
(AMOXICILLIN INJECTION 15% )
COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
Amoxicillin.....................…150mg
Excipient(ad.)..................…...1ml
INDICATIONS
Antibiotics.It is a broad spectrum semisynthetic penicillin, bactericidal in action. In vitro it is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria which include: Actinobacillus equuili, Actinobacillus lignieresi, Actinomyces bovis, Bacillus anthracis, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Clostridium species, Corynebacterium species, Erysipelothrix
rhusiopathiae, Escherichia coli, Fusiformis species, Haemophilus species, Moraxella species, Pasteurella species, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella species, Staphylococci and Streptococci in cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
By subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. For livestocks 5- 10mg amoxicillin
on 1 kg body weight ,once daily; or 10 - 20 mg per 1 kg body weight , one time
in two days.
SIDE EFFECT
In individual domestic livestock may appears allergy reaction, as skin rush,
oedema but rare.
PRECAUTION:
Should not be used for animal which are allergic to penicillin. Shake well
before use.
WITHDRAWAL TIMES:
Meat 28 days; milk 7 days; egg 7 days.
