Amphibious Excavator with Adjustable Pontoons, More Flexible Between Moving and Operation!

we produce pontoons for all sizes of excavators, 5 to 50-ton. Our engineering team carefully designs and tests all details of the pontoons, which is then combined with driving motor and self-developed chains. Worth to notice, we have decade history of producing specialized chains.

Working under water requires solid resistance to corrosion, we have upgraded procedure by introducing automatic shot blasting & de-rusting, dust-free spray paint & high temperature baking paint.

The roller between the two pontoons can be adjusted so you can narrow or extend the distance between two pontoons. This functionality allows the excavator to operate in a relatively narrow condition while enhancing the stability and efficiency by extending the distance in a relatively open condition. 

Highest quality control is then guaranteed with in-house design and production.
you can either choose two chains or three chains. The three chains are great option when the working condition is tough. It allows the excavator to drive back to maintenance room when one chain is broken.

Made of chains:  they are made of 40Cr, 35CrMo and 42CrMo. Also different options of connection are available, either by bolt or welding.  Vulnerable parts are replaceable.

By press molding, the cleats, made of 700MC, Q960 or others, are high intensity and strong bending resistance. Also have polymer or aluminum alloy as an optional choice.

Pillars: pillars and its hydularic system are integrated in either main pontoons or side pontoons. The control system allows drive to stand up or lay down the pillars and the length of the pillars is determined by the depth of water in the working area. When the machine is in working position, the erected pillars greatly enhance the stability of operation in the water.
