1. We have 30 wire drawing machines, 35 Weaving machines and 2 hot-melting production lines. From wire drawing, weaving to fusing backing, are all under our own production, with monthly output of 90000 square meters.
2. With self-developed hot-melt integrated bottoming production line, the bottom and surface are not glued, not less risk of delaminating, more environmental friendly.
3.We are always follow the over sea's brands like BOLON, DICKSON,2TEC2,CHILEWICH etc. and continuous innovate and improve of production technology. According to the different types of fabrics, there are five series of products: Delux series, Classic series, Elegant series, Fantasy series, and Silk road series.
4.According to the product characteristics and requirements, we have developed different types of backings. There are hard PVC backing for wall to wall flooring rolls , comfort backing for tiles, PVC thin backing and non woven backing for wallpaper, and PVC foaming backing for area rugs. We have developed 12-20mm thick high foam backing for anti fatigue mat in 2019.
5. We have four modernized standard factory buildings, a construction area of nearly 30000 square meters and have enough production and storage space to ensure the quality and quantity of products.
