The process of determining orders for cast wheel hubs:
1. Mass production order:
1)Determine the mold status based on the selected style, and accept custom production once the mold status is good.
2)The salesperson informs the type of mold, and casting molds are divided into low-pressure casting, gravity casting, and casting spinning three forming processes.
3)Different forming processes require different minimum order quantities.
4)Confirm the quantity, color, specifications, and accessory information, confirm the delivery date, sign or seal the contract, and pay the deposit.
5)Arrange the production plan.
6)Update the production progress in time and inform the customer.
7)Deliver on schedule.
8)The salesperson takes photos and videos of the finished products.
9)Pay the balance of the goods.
10)Transport the goods to the designated location of the customer.
2, Stock Order for Purchase:
1)Contact the sales representative to obtain the latest inventory list
2)Edit, check, or mark the styles and quantities you need on the list
3)Confirm the price, shipping fees, and other details
4)Prepare the goods within a certain time frame, carefully confirm the quantity of the goods
5)Deliver the goods to the designated location of the customer.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We recommend choosing sea freight consolidation or full container load. Typically, bulk shipments are safer and more cost-effective when transported by sea.
What if I have our own shipping agents?
When your goods reach the container quantity_we provide free trailer service to Chinese ports, the following ports are the nearest ports to us: Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port.
2,Payment Terms
How should I pay for my orders?
Normally we accept 30% T/T deposit and balance 70% T/T before shipment.
3,Updating Your Order
Can I cancel or revise my order?
Normally we will execute your order upon the receipt of your deposit, so before you paid the deposit, you can cancel and revise the order as you like. However once the orders are executed , the situation is complicated, you should contact us as soon as possible, and you be responsible for the losses caused.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes you can change freely your address when the order is under "Pre-shipment" condition, but once the order is shipped, we will not bare any losses arisen from the process
