Product description
HTFC (DT) series cabinet centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise box-type centrifugal fan. This product consists of a low-noise forward-inclined multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor bearings, transmission components, and a muffler-type box. Depending on the installation location, 12 entrances and exits at different angles are provided to meet the needs of different installation environments. According to different requirements for fire ventilation, it can be divided into type A and type B. Type A motor is installed outside the box and is used for fire extinguishing and smoke exhaust. It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300°C. Type B motors are installed in cabinets for ventilation.
After continuous improvement and development, HTFC type cabinet centrifugal fans can be divided into four types: I, II, III and IV. Types I and III are single speed types. Types II. and IV are two-speed and equipped with a two-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the user's performance adjustment needs under different working conditions. The fan can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to adjust the frequency to 25HZ~50HZ.
In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof level of EXd II BT4, which is suitable for flammable and gas places.
