Copper Heat pipes:
Made of copper tube with sintered copper powder inside. The diameter can be 3 - 16 mm wide with wall thickness of 0.2 - 1 mm. The shape can be reformed as design by bending and pressing.
The heat pipes are widely used in LED lighting, computer, communication, transportation, laser device, medical equipment, peltier cooling system and so on.
OEM or ODM is welcome.
We can design and produce heat pipes according to customer's requirements. If you have your own designs or samples we can make molds and arrange production according to your product information.
Inspection and Test:
a) Temperature Test: To pick out the unqualified heat pipes
b) Q-max Test: To get the maximum power of the heat pipe.
c) Reliability tests: Including a series tests to check the heat pipe's performance under working, storage and transportation.
