Basic information:
With anti UV, high weather ability features, COVE exterior film has been regarded as a high performance anti aging decor foil.
The multi-layer structure can maximize the protection for steel and aluminum alloy profiles.
Rich in colors and texture, makes the COVE high weather ability film holds a attractive decoration effect character.
Advanced AUT technology makes sure no version change under the sunlight, and extends the profiles' service life
Tests on films:
1,Completion of Artificial Weathering Test
By using the UV light to test color stability of the foil,
Up to an irradiation does of 12GJ/m2,according to EN513
2,Water & Moisture Resistance
Completion of Artificial Weathering Test (18min spray condition)
Low moisture absorption, excellent quality stability
3, Energy Efficiency
Material resistance against infrared rays applied to lower surface temperature of laminated profile, then add the weather resistance, and longer life time.
Application of COVE film
Presently, it is primarily aimed towards windows and doors, folding shutter, fence, garage door, aluminum plate curtain wall, curtain wall, profiles ect. PVC, WPVC board, pvc, wpc profiles, PVC windowsills.
Features:

There are air-slots in the self-adhesive glue, so no bubble problem appears when laminating.
