1.Q: What is your MOQ?
A:100 pcs, smaller order less than 100 pcs, please discuss with us.
2.Q: Can you provide CAD drawings?
A:Yes, CAD drawings are available upon customers' requirements.
3.Q: Can you provide test reports based on customer needs?
A:Yes, we can provide material certificate, salt spray test report, waterproof test report, tensile test report,torque force test,life cycle, etc. Special requirements from customers, we can do it from professional third-party testing agency.
4.Q: What is the delivery time?
A:Hot-selling parts we have stock and the goods can be sent out within 4 days after confirm the order. If stocks are not available, we need about 30-45 days to finish new production.
5.Q: How many days does it take for a customized product sample?
A: Total 15 day. We need 10 days to finish new toolings and 5 days to finish new samples.
6.Q: Can you provide free samples to test quality?
A:Yes, we supply free samples, but you need to pay the shipment costs.
