- Terminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).G1,K1:the first group of the machine triggers pulse signals.G2,K2:the second group of the machine triggers pulse signals. K2 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback.
- External parts: LOAD-load(heating equipment). FU: fuse. A1,K2,G1: the first unidirectional thyristor electrode, A1 is the anode, K1 is the cathode, G1 is the controllable electrode; A2, K2, G2: the second unidirectional thyristor electrode, A2 is the anode, K2 is the cathode, and G2 is the controllable electrode. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).
Installation Attentions
- Connect the output, feedback, power supply, ground wire and electric furnace connection according to the wiring diagram. The load phase must be the same as the voltage regulator power supply phase (ie, in same phase), otherwise the voltage regulator will be damaged.
- The thyristor ZKG controller withstand voltage must be more than 2.5 times of the supply voltage (eg 220V for use, ZKD withstand voltage must >=AC600V), and its rated current must be more than 1.5 times the actual current used. To ensure thyristor ZKG temperature not exceed 70ºC, thyristor ZKG should be equipped with a large enough heat sink, and in a good ventilation and heat dissipation circumstances.
- The series fuse must be connected to the input terminal of the phase line and must not be connected to other positions.
- Thyristor radiator, it's installation should be fully considered protected to prevent electric shock and short circuit between the ZKG controllers.
- The current meter must be connected in series with the T2 terminal of the ZKG. Do not let the trigger signal flow pass through the ammeter.
- The trigger circuit (G1, K1 and G2,K2) signal lines of the machine connected to the thyristor. G1,K1(or G2,K2) should be twisted pair or double core shielded insulated wire. It should be as short as possible and routed separately from other wires to avoid mutual interference and cause(cause) the thyristor out of control.
- Applicable load: constant resistance heating wire, IR far infrared, UV lamp.
Operation
1. Adjust the add-on key "∧" or the subtraction key "∨" on the panel. "SV" shows the set voltage value, "PV" shows the voltage on the load, and press the "P" key to pause powering on the load.
2. The regulator uses voltage negative feedback. It is forbidden to supply half-wave power to the load, so as to avoid the DC power on the load from burning the feedback transformer inside the instrument. In normal use, it should also prevent the single-sided conduction of the thyristor. It is strictly forbidden to supply half-wave power to the load, so as to prevent the DC power on the load from burning the instrument, and also to prevent the single-sided conduction of the thyristor in normal use
3. Do not drive inductive loads like induction furnaces and step-down transformers to prevent damage to the thyristor.
4. If the thyristor cannot be fully turned on or the output is seriously jittered, the trigger connection is reversed, and the two trigger signal output lines can be reversed.
5. "Safety first" After the machine is powered on, do not touch the exposed metal parts of the unit to avoid personal electric shock. If the unit is not normal, do not open it randomly, and it must be handled by professionals.
