Preparation before installation

- Confirm that the hydraulic crushing hammer and supporting parts are complete and free from damage, and prepare the necessary tools, such as excavator, tool box, butter gun, etc.

- Clean the connection part of the hydraulic crushing hammer and the tubing interface to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.

Installation procedure

Disassemble the bucket: Use tools to disassemble the pin sleeve on the bucket and place it properly for use.

Install the drill rod: Use the butter gun to inject the butter into the drill rod hole sleeve of the hydraulic breaking hammer, load the drill rod, nail into the bolt to fix.

Connect the crushing hammer to the excavator arm: put the front sleeve of the excavator arm between the hydraulic crushing hammer shell ear plate, install the pin pin sleeve. Manipulate the forearm of the excavator, lift the crushing hammer, lower the "cow bone" of the forearm, and install another part of the pin sleeve.

Connect the hydraulic tubing: Use two high-pressure hoses to connect the hydraulic tubing on the forearm and the middle cylinder of the hydraulic crushing hammer, tighten the bolts. Open the valve on the hydraulic line in the forearm.

Check and debug after installation

- Check the connection parts: Ensure that all connecting parts, such as pin sleeves and bolts, are securely installed. Check the hydraulic tubing connection is tight, no leakage.
