EVOSIL®Aqueous Nano Bio-based Silica Dispersion
The product uses nano technology and dispersants to prepare SP series bio-based silica dispersions, which have good dispersibility, high solid content, high stability and other characteristics. It has greater application advantages than traditional nano silica powders in the production process, and has anti-fouling, heat resistance, increased hardness, improved friction resistance, and super smoothness. It is suitable for latex products, coatings, inks, water-based resins, paints, plastics, photo paper coatings, solar energy, ceramics, other polymer materials and other products.

Application:
1. Application of water-based paint and alkyd resin paint: It can play the role of thickening, thixotropy, antibacterial, film-forming, anti-settling, increasing strength, increasing wear resistance, increasing weather resistance, extinction (etc., energy saving and environmental protection.
2. Application of water-based ink: It can play the role of thickening, thixotropy, anti-settling, improving brightness and contrast, friction resistance, improving the storage stability and printing adaptability of ink.
3. Application of polishing liquid: Direct use or dilute according to requirements High solid content, high dispersibility.

This technology utilizes renewable resources such as rice husks and straw as raw materials, and uses carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid as a precipitation reagent to prepare bio-based silica with a specific surface area of 50 to 500m2/g. For every ton of bio-based silica used by customers, they can achieve a carbon reduction of 0.5 tons, thereby achieving the carbon reduction target.
The company has established the world's first 10,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica demonstration production line, and plans to invest in 90,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica production line.
