Application & Characteristics
A/R winch is used with tensioner during the pipe laying project. When weather goes bad or other emergency situation happen, A/R winch can deliver pipes to seabed directly to make sure the vessel back to shipyard as soon as quickly. When vessel goes back to working place the A/R winch can also pulls pipes out of the sea and move back to tensioner. We already manufactured 20T and 100T tensioner that attested in projects, and we can also design and manufacture for specific demands.
Structure
A/R winch includes 6 parts: foundation, reduction gear, support device, drum, dynamometry rope guider, hydraulic control system.
Hydraulic motor drive the reduction gear and deliver torque to drum to accomplish reel off and coiling back. Tension sensor and encoder are installed on rope guider to display the tension and speed of rope. There also has an extra foundation to weld the whole winch onto deck.
