How you do the quality control?
We have more than 10 years experience on bathroom cabinet production, we know where could have quality issure;
For each process, we have department manager to mark the flaw and send it back to the last process;
We have 4QC to find the quality issue every day. They will do the final examination after packing;
We record all production process and it is availble to our customer if they want to see it.
Now freight charge is very high, will you full the container for me?
Sure, we will send spare product to you right after order confirmed, so we can load it if there is still space for the order.
How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send free parts of bathroom LED Mirror with new order .It it is urgent, we will send by Fedex/DHL, freight is at our cost.
